Title: Errors in RBI
Post by: Chaz on 12/01/03, 11:57:46 PM
Up here at the University of Connecticut when there's computer induced errors, we call it Squiggles (as indicated by the lines over the players' heads)  This is also frequently shouted as a fly ball is hit, as if it's chanting will induce its occurance more often and in your favor.

Good to know chaz, I'll add to the glossary page...

Do you know the two fellas from UConn you posted here last year?  Forgot their real names, but their forums name were mookiewilson and yankeessuck.  I remember they played in the dorms, whatever happened to those guys?

My friends and I call the errors "hit in the balls," since the player looks to be in the same kind of pain that a crotchshot will bring.
