Title: The Run-In Technique explained
Post by: Gantry on 12/05/03, 05:21:16 PM
I finally added a glossary definition for the run-in technique, learn it well boys.  If you think it's bunk, post here:

http://dee-nee.com/rbi/glossary.shtml#RUNIN (http://dee-nee.com/rbi/glossary.shtml#RUNIN)

I'm telling you, it works and we do it almost all the time.

Shit! I already had a definition, we used to call it the Shimmy!  I'll leave both up there, you guys tell me which one is better.  Idiot...

I concur.  The Dancing Bear, as we call it, knocks down fly balls like no other.  It's the close cousin of the Bananas Baserunner, where you run around like a psycho fuck while your pussy fly ball is in the air.  And yes, I just made up those cheeseball, ridiculous nicknames.

mclane, do you run in and then back for the fly or do you constantly run back and forth?  I ask because none of use really use the Shimmy style anymore, we pretty much run and go back for the flyball...
