This RBIer was acquitted of federal drug charges, his attorneys had argued that the fact that he was functionally illiterate and had an IQ of 70 made it impossible for him to understand the drug deal in which a friend had involved him

He is quoted as saying

"Sometimes they write what I say and not what I mean"

He was an NES and Arcade RBIer

The acquittal info is basically his whole wikipedia entry.  The quote is pretty funny though
