I wouldn't worry about it too much. You can't really consider the Parish State matchup a game.
The Frank Tanana All-Stars @ Fighting Tony Danzas game is complete. Game video is attached, box score and recap later.
Game Recap:
Five was the magic number for Reggie Jackson on Monday, as the slugger went 5 for 5 with five RBI and five runs to lead The Fighting Tony Danzas to a stunning 17-14 upset over Doverbi Division-leading The Frank Tanana All-Stars at Tengen Stadium.
Jackson homered and also hit three doubles, while Dick Schofield homered and drove in four for The Fighting Tony Danzas (4-4), who have won three consecutive games. They jumped out to a 7-3 lead after three innings, and continually responded whenever The Frank Tanana All-Stars (6-2) would challenge their lead.
George Brett homered twice and drove in four in a losing effort.

REGGIE!
Shit. I didn't have a good feeling about this week. I'm expecting an 0-2 week.
The Nimrods @ The OC game is now complete. Game movie is attached. Box score and recap to follow.
Recap:
Darrell Evans homered twice and drove in seven to lead The Nimrods to a convincing 15-5 victory over Gantry Division co-leaders The OC on Thursday night at Tengen Stadium in a Fantasy RBI League game called due to the mercy rule after five innings.
Evans hit two and three-run homers for The Nimrods (3-5) and added a two-run single. Cal Ripken also hit two home runs, while Don Sutton picked up the win by scattering 10 hits over five innings.
The OC (5-3) struggled offensively, failing to hit a home run. Steve Lake was 2-for-2 with two RBI, including a triple.

A week of upsets so far.
I told TBG we should have drafted Darrell
have the playoffs started, yet?
Sorry for the delay - this is Moving Week, and I'm only online periodically (usually from work, and it's been very busy at work). Games will be played when I have some free time.
get your priorities right! You will soon have a kid that looks up to you.
The South Arkansas Penis @ The Creamy Pirates game is complete. Game video attached, box score and recap to follow.
player of the game goes to Viola: 4 ip, no runs. He kept me in it while it was still close.
My hitters still suck monkey turds.
Recap:
Alan Trammell homered and drove in three runs as The South Arkansas Penis completed a season sweep of the reeling Creamy Pirates with a 13-7 victory in a Gantry Division game played Friday night at Tengen Stadium.
Frank Viola picked up the win for the Penis (4-4), throwing four innings of shutout ball.
The Creamy Pirates (5-3) largely fell due to their lack of hitting and a terrible effort by their bullpen, "lowlighted" by Rick Reuschel giving up nine earned runs in three innings.

Bert Blyleven picked up the win for the Penis (4-4), giving up five earned runs in five innings of work. Meanwhile, Frank Viola was dominant in relief, throwing four innings of shutout ball.
Based on the box score, it looks like Viola was the starter and got the win. No?

The box score lists pitchers in order of IP, not when they pitched

Yah...I get it. So when fighton says that Blyleven got the win and Viola was dominant in relief, that would be incorrect. Since the shutout innings came in the first five innings.
Sorry, I didn't actually look at it. Yes, Viola started according to the box score
what's the league rule on IP to qualify for a W? Viola only went 4, but they were 4 magnificant innings.
The league uses 4 for the starter, unless game goes less than 4 then they must pitch the entire game (note, the SP will never pitch less than 4 in a non-shortened game)
The Poopydicks @ Unholy Legions of Doom game is complete. Game video attached, box score and recap to follow.
Recap:
Don Mattingly and George Bell each homered twice to lead The Poopydicks to a crucial 16-11 victory over The Unholy Legions of Doom in a Doverbi Division game played Tuesday afternoon at Tengen Stadium.
Bruce Hurst picked up the win in relief for The Poopydicks (4-4), giving up one earned run in three innings of work. The Poopdicks might have scored more runs, except for hitting into three double plays and stranding nine runners.
Dave Henderson and Howard Johnson each homered twice for The Unholy Legions of Doom (3-5).

Those middle innings are killing my team - I cannot score runs for anything.
The weird part is that it was mainly Chester and hJose that struggled for you this week. 1-10 from your 2 and 3 hitters combined is not going to get the job done.
The Parish State University @ Frank Tanana All-Stars game is complete. Game video is attached, box score and recap to follow.
POOPYDICKS MOTHERFUCKER!
WHAT!
Recap:
Wally Joyner homered and drove in five as The Parish State University rallied from a 10-5 first inning deficit to defeat The Frank Tanana All-Stars 20-17 Wednesday afternoon in a Doverbi Division Fantasy RBI League game played at Tengen Stadium.
Parish State (4-4) scored five runs in the top of the first, only to see The Frank Tanana All-Stars (6-3) come back with 10 runs in the bottom half of the inning behind four home runs. However, Parish State was able to claw back into the game with a steady diet of doubles and triples before taking the lead for good in teh eighth inning as Joyner knocked home Ozzie Smith with a double.
Smith had five hits, including two doubles. Joyner was one of five Parish State players with two doubles, and Dale Murphy drove in four runs. Eric King picked up the save with a scoreless ninth, including enducing Don Baylor into a game-ending double play.
Julio Franco and Rich Gedman each homered twice for The Frank Tanana All-Stars, while George Brett had five RBI. This marked the end of a tough week for the team, which lost twice.

My team sucks after the All Star break. Two losses in one week.
I'm shuffling my lineup around for my next game.
Did the players go on strike and I missed it? Fucking overpriced crybabies.

Busy, busy time at work. Honestly, games will happen when I can get to them. My priorities are fucked right now.
