I normally go with a well stated echoing Fuck.  On occasion I will throuw out a combination if its a crucial mistake.

I'll use:

1)  Aye Captain

2) Arggg, Son of Whore


Both with a pirate accent.

Most of the time goddamit works.

Bullshit takes care of 3/4th of it, since any bad play is never my fault...

Obvioulsy, fuck is my choice word.  Any combination of words with fuck works.  Anything.  I also usually toss my controller straightinto the air.  Not high, just about a foot.  Enough for it to be sorry for making a crucial mistake.

You'll hear me yell, "oh for fuck's sake" quite a bit.

Normally it is a random curse word of some sort.  But when some shit happens that really fucks me over i tend to lean towards my coined phrase,  Jesus Fucking God Damn Nigger Christ.  It was coined on a random night at softball when a god damn girl pretty much no looked my line drive shot into her golve.... it would have easily been an inside the parker.  i railed off the line and it stuck.
Now i usually just say JFGDNC and people get it.
PS  I am not a racist and i am moderatly catholic. Sorry if i offened anyone.
