Here it is...
What's the best baseball game ever for a Nintendo system?
Mario Superstar Baseball
MVP Baseball 2005
Baseball Stars
Ken Griffey Jr.'s Slugfest
RBI Baseball
Major League Baseball (No, just kidding on that one.)

Crap, start voting fast, only 6% for RBI
Puhl added.
i'm amazed they would even list RBI, given their tense relations with tengen, and the fact that most copies made were unlicensed.
also, how are 68% of people voting for mario baseball? granted, i haven't played it, but I read reviews saying that it has no true "season" mode. that is unacceptable in a 2006 baseball game.

1) It's the most recent of the games
2) I guess a lot of Mario fans voted
3) It's pretty fun.
it's probably the modern nintendo fanbase voting...e.g 11 year olds
also, you need to add baseball simulator 1.000 to your puhl (i prefer super baseball simulator 1.000 though)
Bases Loaded was cutting edge with the "behind the pitcher" view.
Added other to the dee-nee poll...
Spread the good word, baby!
(he said with blind optimism in the face of the obvious fact that people are too short-sighted to vote for anything other than a new release for best all-time game)
bad news baseball rules all, outside of rbi.
other than the fact that you could not strike out your opponent and the game took too damn long(45 minutes?), bases loaded was a pretty good game. i like the fielding a lot on there.
Didn't BL have the autofield though? I think in BL1 if a ball is hit in the outfield, not touching your D-pad will move the defender right under the ball...
I'll take any version of All Star Baseball over the games listed.

might be...thinking back, i believe you just had to get your guy in the neighborhood, and then theyd take it from there.
nes defense for lazy people.
roger clemens and bases loaded iii (with ryne sandberg) were the baseball games my friends and i played (no one liked rbi).

Or a bunch of idiots...e.g people who perpetuate that stereotype.
No Ken Griffey Jr. Presents Major League Baseball (SNES)? That game has almost everything, from a season mode to real team names and logos, also most stadiums are real at the time. Since they didn't have an MLBPA license, they decided to make up some random names. The Game Boy edition had both an MLB and MLBPA licenses (pretty fucking awesome for a Game Boy to handle battery backed stats and a season), released in 1997. It's a crime for not adding that to the Puhl.

You are correct, sir.
TBT is so wrong on striking your opponent out. You had to work the outter half of the plate to get the K's. Don't go middle in to Bay or he'll go ghandi on ya.
I think the BL umps names were "Bo, Buck, Boo, and Bum"
I think nintendo.com is lying in their pole.

I agree - this is the non-RBI baseball game that I have played the most. Baseball Stars and Baseball Simulator are also up there.

How dare you pow yourself
that is quite presumptuous.
It seems like if you just keep closing your browser and relaunching you can revote, you don't even have to delete cookies, I'll work on getting 100 votes at lunch
I think this works, as I've got RBI up to 8% and votes went up a bunch, scroll down while page is loading start clicking "submit" (sometimes button won't even be visible yet) and just keep clicking it over and over while page is loading, I think this works with IE
FUCK YEAH!!!!!!
good work. when does the puhl end?
there is a new puhl now, so I guess it's over
we win
