- Krukow gave up 6 runs in the first, which challenged Mq's offense from the start.
- Hrbek provided 2 runs with a home run, but Dv came right back in the 2nd with 5 more runs, making it 11-2 in the middle of the 2nd.
- After Mq failed to produce a run in the bottom of the 2nd, Krukow held Dv scoreless in the top of the 3rd
- Mq began inching back, by blanking Dv again in the 4th.
