Title: RBI House games 6/15/06
Post by: TbT on 06/16/06, 01:28:26 AM
9 more games.  Booya!  Nate Nate Nate has come thru with about 25 over the last 10 days or so.

(TBT)   Det 8
(Nate) Bos 2
I hit 7 freaking homers.  i was able to guess right on a ton of inside pitches that had burned me previously last monday.

(TBT)  Bos 4
(Nate) Det 3
I club 4 more solo homers.  Booya.  Nate lays down a bases loaded pitcher bunt for an RBI in this game. Nicely done that fkn bastard.

(TBT)  Cal 5
(Nate) Bos 0
I hit 3 more homers and 1 hit boston here.  Booya.  Im feeling very confident in these Boston and detroit games.  I have confidence I can shut down the big bats.

(TBT)  Bos 5
(Nate) Cal 0  forfiet in 4 innings.
Nates getting clobber and calls an i quit.

(TBT)   Bos 10
(Nate) Cal    0
Not much to tell other than a 10 run affair after 7.

(TBT)  Cal 1
(Nate) SF 2 12 innings
Back toi regular business at hand.  This was a great game.  Brenley goes yard to win it.  how sucky is that?

(TBT)  SF 1
(Nate) Cal3
Nate tosses a 3 hitter.  I swear i cant win with this match-up regardless of which team i have.  next time we play, im doing these games 1st.  I did have some lapses pitcher in these 2 games, but still did ok.  i just need to find that something special to get me over the top in Cal/SF matxch-up.

(TBT)  NY 5
(Nate) Min 1  10 innings.
In a run down i throw the ball into the outfield to account for Min's only run.  I score late, then pour it on vs a tired Viola.  Gooden is still bringing heat in the 10th and the game is over.

(TBT) Hou 6
(Nate) STL 3
fatigue was probably setting in for nate and he looked tired and made a lot of bad pitches to trail 5-0 early.  I got almost 4 innings outta kerfeld, before he gave up a homer and got pulled leading 5-2.  Ryan and Scott blaze away.  I pitch to Clark for the 1st time in ages, and he hits a dribbler to 1st base....ha jack, you suck.

overall i hit like crazy tonight.  i found some more aspects to work on, but man, i am feeling very confident now.  we'll see if it lasts.  if all goes well, i'll get 2 more nights of rbi practice in with nate before i leave next thursday for the cotut.

not always the case.  i did manage a 5-4 record on him earlier, but last night was one of those vontage ass whooping i give him in tecmo where he's got nuthing for me all night.

we go in streaks where i raise my game for a night, then he usualy counters with a great night of his own.

First off, my baby sarah says hi DEE NEE. Well actually she said abugallaauhaa, hugged daddy, and smacked the keyboard, but i knew what that meant! ;)

I just want to say that in the 1 hitter tbt gave me when i was boston i did have 8 or 9 walks. i say that not to make myself seem like i did better with getting only 1 hit, but...............ah who am i kidding thats exactly why i brought it up.

TBT whooped me most of the night. My best teams are detroit and San Francisco, i generally do well with them. I like being the Giants against just about any team. Last night I kinda woke up and remembered how to pitch during that game and it carried over for a couple games, but I really didn't have much. It was a long day yesterday........botched MRI, lots of pain, lots of pain killers, and TBT whooping me, just not a good time.
