Game 1, Mets_bs @ doveRBI
Damn, this one was easy.
EDIT: There is no significance to the fact that Brookens is not in bold, as the others are. It's how I mark who is on base, and I didn't notice it until I checked this post.... too much effort to go back and change it.
doveRBI 13, Mets_bs 3
doveRBI leads series 1-0
A note about the boxscore and the screenshot: most of the time they won't match statistically because I will use a little judgement.
For instance, if a runner advances on an error, the computer may give the runner a triple. I would mark it in the boxscore as a single... anyway, that's why they may be different.
Game 2, Mets_bs @ doveRBI
doveRBI 11, Mets_bs 1
doveRBI leads series 2-0
My boys are unstoppable! Dee-Nee! Is this a 5 or 7 game series?
5 Game series... WS is 7
Game 3, doveRBI @ Mets_bs
Mets_bs 13, doveRBI 3
doveRBI leads series 2-1
Kinda weird that no games in this series have gone more than a couple of innings. Slaughter city.
I noticed that too Beef...
I'm about to post Game 4 - notice the irony
Game 4, doveRBI @ Mets_bs
Mets_bs 13, doveRBI 3
Series Tied 2-2
Deciding Game: Game 5, Mets_bs @ doveRBI
With no outs, and the bases loaded, Kerfeld came to the plate.
Mets_bs was down by one, but doveRBI had a really good shot at a double play with the pitcher batting.
Kerfeld lined one to Short, JUST out of reach... 2 runners scored to end the game.
Kerfeld - Game-Winning 2-run Double to force Game 5
Don't count out the little Mets
A note I forgot to mention about the box score:
The computer credited Whitaker with a Home Run... I credited him correctly with a double and a 2-base error. Dove had 7 homers in game 4, not 8.
Game 5 should be exciting... First pitch is about to start
Oh yeah. Fuck Kerfield. What a horse's ass.
