Title: Thread Policy
Post by: sucka free on 01/23/04, 01:55:52 PM
Hey Gantry,

I have yet to have a problem with this but with the site growing in popularity maybe you should make a note about people posting threads that are not safe for work.  All x-rate threads should have some disclaimer that people can read before they open something up.

I'll leave that up to the person involved.  Perhaps put "not safe for work" or [X] in your subject thread.  That should suffice...

I would suggest making use of the message icon (located right under the subject line in "reply" or "new topic".  See how mine is a thumbs down.  Maybe we would designate one for x-rated type of shit that shouldn't be opened at work.  Or maybe if you have a job where opening x-rated type of shit would get you in trouble... you should quit immediately.

I like the thumbs down idea for racy threads...  Or perhaps the exclamation point, never even knew these features existed...

And here I was thinking you couldn't even post ex-rated things.

we try not to post about ex'es, as those memories are generally too painful to bear.  rdub is another matter as he is sexing most of his ex'es.  now x-rated stuff is different.  see: the most popular thread ever here at dee-nee... (though it is nc-17 at best).  also, see lemon party.
