I think this is from May 2002

J.B. (Seattle): Tony, This is important. You were one of the players featured on the original RBI Baseball video game for the Nintendo. There are just 8 active players left: Roger Clemens, John Franco, Jesse Orosco, Andres Galarraga, Julio Franco, Benito Santiago, Tim Raines, and Ellis Burks. Who will be the last man standing?
Tony Gwynn: (Laughing) Wow!!!! Probably someone like Santiago! Benito will be 37 this year and he is in such great shape!!! He made some mistakes early on but he is rolling along. Clemens might go for another 5-6 years too.
That's a great find. He doesn't know how important that really is.
that was me! I'm J.B. in seattle!
I was shocked that Gwynn responded. It wasn't til a few weeks later that I found this site. I've been obsessed with "who will be the last man standing from RBI" forever!
I'm also shocked that you were able to dredge that up! what a crazy world.
Well done Seddrah! I never saw that before....
Gwynn has Santiago picked. I still think Orosco will be back and take the title. I refused to believe he's retired...
I had a feeling it had to be someone from here that asked it. I wish I remembered what I typed into Google to find it, maybe "RBI Baseball" "Ellis Burks", it was the last entry that came up.
I did a search on google for--I remember this exactly:
"Orosco"+"old"
that's it. It was many hits down, but when I saw "rbi" was part of the link, I knew I had struck gold.
I think that Bennito will have the most staying power.

BUMP For interview (if link still works)
Seddrah is the member from Seattle.
Gwynn definitely knows all... Is Benito playing yet?

He's still on the DL. He hasn't played since April 11th.
From Yahoo:
Santiago (viral infection) will be evaluated on Friday. He's eligible to come of the disabled list on Saturday, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports.
Recommendation: The team does not appear to be in any hurray get its 40-year-old catcher back in the lineup until he proves he's 100 percent healthy. A likely scenario has Santiago being activated sometime next week.
