Title: RetroPad For Two Players On Same Computer
Post by: rbichamp on 09/20/06, 12:18:07 PM
Hi,

I am currently working on a very detailed RBI ROM and have purchased one RetroPad to test out the ratings for the players etc.  I hope to purchase a second one if multiple people can confirm that two RetroPads hooked up to the same computer will work for two player action.  I am using FCE Ultra version 0.98.10 as the emulator.  I figure both should work since (I think) most online RBI players use these controllers.

Thanks for any help confirming this.

ps- I hope this is the correct forum for this post.  It didn't seem to be proper for Online RBI.

They're USB, right? No reason I can think of that two wouldn't work.

I can't speak for the RetroPad, but I do have two USB Gravis GamePad Pros that I use simultaneously, and I've never had a problem with using both, other than occasionally mixing them up when I'm defining controls on an emulator (accidentally mapping player 1 to controller 2).
