Gwynn and Ripken are the only 2 voted this year
fuck that guy who refused to vote for ANYONE from the steroid era.
its pretty fkn obvious that Gwynn only shot up with cheeseburgers, and Ripken with hair folical dis-abling substances.
I thought Ryno had deleted his account?
McGwire only got about 23 % of the votes, he actually almost didn't stay on the ballots, geez.
Gossage and Rice did pretty good, Gossage just missed with a 71% showing, Rice was in the 60-69 % range.
Canseco got just 1.1 percent, I don't think his book helped any.
23% is just almost staying on the ballot?
Rice still doesn't deserve to get in.
Why does Blyleven not get any respect?
Well I guess you need just 5% to stay on, he made it by a good margin, but 23% isn't much either.
Apparently two guys sent in blank ballots. Fucking douches.
How do you not vote for Gwynn?
I read that one guy who didn't vote for Gwynn and Ripken did so because he had 10 others he wanted to vote for, and he figured they'd make it easily. I can kind of forgive that.
The guys who sent in blank ballots, especially with guys like Ripken and Gwynn eligible, deserve to have their voting privileges pulled. Have they said who the other guy was, besides the asshole from Chicago (http://www.dailysouthtown.com/sports/ladewski/201907,081LAD2.article)?
ESPN.com published the ballots of their voting contributors (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/hof07/news/story?id=2721445). I would like to hear Michael Knisley's reasoning for voting for Albert Belle but not Mark McGwire - Albert Belle was actually caught cheating.
Gammons didn't vote for the Hawk? American League bias, perhaps?

The only two who get in are from RBI.
Makes you proud to be a loyal follower of the greatest baseball video game of all time.
Congrats to Gwynn and Ripken !
DTC coming up from the shadows, I love it...
his aviator seems a little ironic now, though.
Indeed...
