i left her a detailed email
Fuck that article. It should have ended with something along the lines like "RBI Baseball, timeless and best video game ever!"
That fuckin cunt is getting hate mail and I shall call her and speak Swedish.
Marcia Smith,
If you sit down and do a side by side comparison of RBI baseball and any fancy new fangled baseball game, you may find yourself surprised. The original nintendo had 2 buttons that took care of every necessary action needed. With the new controller there are so many different buttons to push that it takes away from the basic skills. The pitching in RBI is is far superior to the new games and once the pitching is mastered you can do everything that the new games can do, but with much more efficienciency. The new games are just not as fun, and they dont require the basic skills.
I believe that you have been fooled by the graphics and the technology. If you ask any true fan of baseball who has played both games, they will tell you that the gameplay is far more superior in the original RBI baseball. If you want material for a good article, i suggest you check out www.dee-nee.com or attend this years RBI National Championships in Ohio. I will be there. www.ohio.rbicentral.com

Way to give her a link to the Ohio tournament site that doesn't work. It's http://ohio.rbicentral.com (http://ohio.rbicentral.com), Numb Nuts...
take that http:// and stick it up your ass
the article gives me mixed feelings. on one hand, it's nice for rbi baseball to get some pub. on the other hand, they're talking about how much better todays games are, which is simply a matter of opinion. an opinion that's wrong, but an opinion nonetheless.
i doubt the writer has ever seen rbi baseball, she probably just heard wright's description of the game and went from there.
