Title: Who becomes RBI National Champ this year?
Post by: TbT on 05/28/07, 10:23:51 PM
well?  vote bitches.

Will the RBI gods be in Dirts corner this time?   Will beales AKA the inventor of RBI national tournies finally win the dang thing?  Will Riley win Columbus again?  Will an unknown blaze through and come out victorious?  Will a Dee-Nee stalwart rise to the occasion to be the best?

and post your prediction as well.

I have yet to vote.  had broiler still been playing weekly he would be a lock for my vote.  im sure in the long run that'll play dividends for his game though.  I gotta feeling beales is cock hungry championship hungry.  Dirt aint played in a year.  im sure he can pick it up, but you gotta wonder.

last year proved anything can happen.

I'm sticking with TBT as the champ and I think broiler will be the sleeper to get to the finals.

That's  just how I roll.  I hadn't played for a year before the COTUT, either...

ok, for some reason i thought you and riley had gotten together for day about a year back and got some games in before the cotut.

cant believe beales just up and dropped out.  wowza.  He had a legit chance to win this with the field almost cut in half.  granted the payout is sorta cut in half, just sayin'.

Im still surprised beales dropped out.  something to do with him not being able to re-coup expenses or some crap like that even if he won.  he's never been National RBI champ that i know of, and this could have been his year with a smaller field to work with and a different set up.

Im sure this will go down as the year that yeilds an "asterik champion" but theres still a good deal of money to be won, some big names still aboard, and some bragging rights for the next 50 some weeks.

Actually I really think Briz is going to shock everybody and win it all with his pitching. The dude has played 24 hours straight....must have some kind of clue.

Briz over Dirt

TBT captures 3rd place over Broiler

I would have crushed everybody there if I were there. Too bad I could not make it, but I don't regret it. Baseball means everything to me and no way I miss an important three game set to hang out with you tools.

I voted for me, but only once.

I can't believe I have confidence in myself, let alone anyone else.
