Died 4 feet from the wall. >:(
I've still yet to see it. I don't know if I ever will.
If I ever see it I will have achieved total RBI enlightenment.
I completely forgot to mention this in the blowjob thread. In that game I hit a deep fly with Big Daddy Reuschel that I swear would have been close to a wallzie if I took it straight down the line. Actually it's probably better off that I didn't. If I hit a wallzie with a pitcher while getting head I might as well just die on the spot because anything else I possibly could accomplish during my lifetime would be anticlimactic.

Lightning would have promptly struck and killed you as soon as the ball cleared the wall. If this didn't happen, you would have stood up really quick, knocking out your fiances teeth, ruining the wedding plans.

And I would have deserved the lightning strike too. No one should ever be able to achieve two accomplishments of that magnatude at the same time.
I really want a pitcher wallzie. Right now I'm working on trying to take it down the line every time with the P. I never used to swing away with the pitcher because we were always trying to perfect the slow roller that no one can get to until you're already on first. But since I hit a couple long flies that would have had a shot if they were placed right I'm swinging away every time. Whoever is the first one of our crew to do this will own permanent RBI shit talking rights and I would prefer to be that person.
No doubt.
Fernando Valenzuela is the best with the bat. Great bunter, solid power, can't go wrong.
First post, can't wait to assure my girl that there's others out there like me.

Anything out of the park yet??
I had my closest yet with Bobby Ojeda last night against the computer. I took it down the RF line and at the last second it went foul and short hopped the wall. I'm still working on it but getting more optimistic.
I hit a homerun with Fernando Velensula. It was one of those deals where I hit it down the rightfield line, and it went through the crack (fair poll); but not "over" the fence.
Someone mentioned a "wallzie." Is that the same thing as a ball that goes down the right or left field line, and goes throught the fairpool, but not over the wall/fence?
Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, I hit a homer with Fernando Velunzuala in this fassion. Would you guys consider this a homerun? Keep in mind, the computer reconized it as a homer. The fireworks went off, and all that good stuff. But should a homer have to go over the wall/fence?
Yes, it is a home run. In a Wallzie, the ball is lined straight down the 1st or 3rd base lines. Though it seems too low to get out of the stadium, the ball ends up going through the wall for a homer.
Like Japetus said, "wallzies" are legit HRs. From what we've heard on the boards (most of us, including me, haven't seen pitcher HRs), that's pretty much the only way a pitcher can muster enough power to get one out of the park.
Odd that you did that with Fernando - all the people who have posted claims of pitcher HRs have done them with the all-stars, except for one person who did it with a modified ROM (no changes to pitcher abilities, though). There isn't any difference in their abilities, so that's a really strange coincidence.

Just don't let Dove get wind of this nice treatment to newbies...he'll throw up his Jack Daniels all over his keyboard. :-\
I think Dove is a Jim Beam man...

AAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH!
I can't drink Beam. It makes me act like a complete prick. Plus I just can't stand it. We have video of me at the beach one year where I was already trashed and then vomited for 5 minutes because i smessed it.
