In case you couldn't tell, I was being sarcastic.
Forums still slow as shit
I feel that they've been better since the change

How exactly does that help me?
RAM has more to do with the forums going out once a day, not the speed. Our dual-T1 lines should be coming in shortly and hopefully give us the speed boost we need. AT&T showed up on New Years Eve unannounced, didn't come to our office and when they couldn't get into the building's phone closet they left. God bless monopolies...
well, you cant spell monopolies without onopo. if you catch my drift
Only two o's in poon...
Huckabee?
i prefer Huckleberry Hound to anything that has "huckabee" in it. except, possibly, for Ken Huckaby.
Haven't gotten OOM errors since upgrading, life is good!
Our T1 is still slow as shit, life is bad!
what about T2? would that be better?
I'm sure T3 would suck balls.

thanks for bringing up yet another touchy subject with me...you philistines have already indicated that you prefer T2 to T1... i still don't see how that's possible

It's still fkn slow, and there's no way we're having bandwidth issues at 7:30pm on a Saturday. Major hardware upgrade making the forums slower, only on Dee-Nee...
T1000?
Just keep it away from giant vats of molten metal.
The new dual-T1 setup is active! Right now dee-nee is on the old T1 but we have moved our office off that T1. There is still a ton of shit on our existing T1 but let me know if things are any faster, slower or the same speed...
bump, still slow
So slow today
Apparently a major fiber optic line was cut near CHicago today, affecting us and other people. Our internet is barely usable...
have you checked the flux capacitor?
First thing I checked. I find nothing on the internets about a big outage but our new T1 provider has a recording saying a major cable was cut and lots of people have limited internets.
Anyone else having speed issues outside of CFB?
What is "CFB"?
I did notice that SBNation, a group of blogs that includes a Twins site I participate in, was down this morning for awhile... no idea where that is based, though.
Intact T1 cables = something you don't see in Chicago.
CFB = my place of work
If there was a problem with the internets, how would someone find out on the internets? Haven't you seen South Park?
just like internet troubleshooting tips online. what the fuck gives?
