Last night I have TBS on, and I get to see Julio Franco draw a bases loaded walk from John Franco in the RBI matchup.
Julio already has 4 pinch hit RBIs this season.
Ellis Burks homered last night.
Clemens had a great start and a win on Wednesday night.
Sadly, this moment is growing more and more rare. Soon, there will be no RBI'ers left. :(

That was the only part of the game that I saw...man, Julio looks like he's 65...he's almost Willie McGee ugly.
Franco is certainly no looker, but damn is he solid at the plate. He was money in the ALCS against the Cubs, we couldn't get him out!
I read a good article about Franco in the Cincinnati Enquirer before the season started but just now found it on the net. It has mentions of RBIers Terry Pendleton and Jesse Orosco and also has a part about how he used to like to party when he first came in the league.
It says that one night he got the game winning hit against the Yankees in NY, went out and celebrated that night and the next day and didn't show up for that day's game because it was his birthday. Possible hall of shame material.
EDIT: My bad. Might be a good idea to actually put the link in here. Sorry.

My fault. It's in there now.
Clemens hit 94 on the gun in his start this week. Incredible.
Just think about it though. Pretty soon, Darryl Strawberry's son will be in the NBA. He'll develop a drug problem, and probably beat his wife. It'll be just like old times.

A passing of the torch of sorts?
