Yeah, don't bid against each other.

ericdavisfan-

Are you gonna go after this?

Very likely,

I've not had a commitment from my wife, but she's not fighting it either.  I can't let it pass by.  I'm just watching it at this point.  I don't want to start bidding now and bid it up.  I'll wait till it's almost done, and then strike!  With the fact that I would have no shipping cost, and less than 2 hours round trip bringing it home, I can go with a much higher bid than I normally would!

$127.50 with only a day left is a steal considering how much the stand up ones have been going for lately.

You just have to watch those last minute bidders that is all.

My wife has no problem with me bidding!!!

Got the confirmation last night.   Now all I gotta do is keep an eye on it!

I WON!!!

The bidding closed at $385.  A tad more than I wanted to steal it for, but way less than I might have wound up paying for it.

Thanks, Ultimate7, for posting this one!!!

If you're ever in NE Indiana, and wanna play arcade RBI...you'll always have a place to play!

Congrats!  You won't be disappointed.  We've had many good times with the arcade game.

Nice job EDFan, we have to get as many of these as possible to RBI players and in use, not sitting in someone's collection.

Where do you live in Indiana?  We will be drinking heavily in Richmond this weekend.

I live near Ft. Wayne, IN.  I will be travelling to Indy this weekend, though to visit the In-laws and attend a nephew's 2nd b-day party.

by the way...I share your respect for the Crime Dog!!!  I'm holding out hope that he'll catch on somewhere, so he can get his 9 homers before he fades away.

I was able to pick up the machine and bring it home last night.  Plays perfectly.  An odd note, it is a rebuilt machine, not in the original cabinet.  The cabinet is actually from a Donkey Kong machine (my other favorite video game of years gone by).  As you play RBI, you can faintly see the ladders where Mario would climb up toward Donkey Kong, and when the game is on, you can see the old Donkey Kong border around the plexiglass that protects the screen.  Some people might have been upset by this, but I thought it was cool, because it's my two favorite games rolled into one!!!

As we would say here...Dee-Nee!!!

ED...I was gonna mention that to you (the border around the screen appeared to be DK)...but I didn't wanna kill your buzz (you never know how some people react).

Glad to see that you don't care about that!  RBI and DK had the exact same cabinet, so it's not really a big deal at all.

But I should warn you, if you ever do get sick of the DK burn on the monitor, don't mess with it yourself.  Those monitors are so old and they store electricity--enough of a shock to kill you, literally!

Thanks for the heads up!!  I'm quite mechanically declined, so I'll leave it to an expert if something goes wrong.  I actually don't mind the ladders being burned on.  It's not too noticable and the picture is still quality.  I'm just happy that it's fully functional and plays great!  I'd be happy with RBI in the original cabinet, but if there's going to be a remnant of an old game on it...none better than DK for me.

Are there any RBI logos on it?  There is often an RBI Marquee for sale on EBay.  The marquee is the logo that is at the top of the game...

It does have the RBI marquee on it.  I had never really seen/played an RBI arcade machine, so I was surprised to see the word "REGGIE" on the back of the guy swinging the bat on the marquee.  His number is 19 or something like that though...plus he's batting right!
