Does anyone know of one? I've tried a couple of emulators and the lag is horrible.

Thanks
I've always had the most luck with JNes, it seems to be more fluid than FCE Ultra and the others, I think it has its own network that you can connect to, or something like that.
There are other people here who know way more about it, but having played a bit online JNes was always the most fluid.

Other emulators you supply the other person with IP address. Is this what you mean? Do you have to change port #'s for connection?
jnes uses kalliera, which is a client that connects people through a common server. even with today's high speed internets, rbi with zero lag is tough to impossible, but jnes and kalliera is the best.
Simply put, there is no 100% lag-free solution for internet gaming. You have two options for no lag:
1- Play at the same location on NES, Dreamcast, etc.
2- Play close enough to each other to connect via a LAN, not the public internet.

Does that mean it's time to retire the FCE server? I get random people connecting to it (especially a guy named "lips" who isn't the real lips) quite a bit but those could be bots or something...
A LipsBot would be scary

By the way Gantry just wanted let you know its me MR RBI. Please don't boot me please. I will only be using R.B.I. forum so I can get this league idea together. I have others at another forum working with me on this with a web page to be included. The league will have a player progression with retirements, aging and performance gains.
I have 2 guys who played a emulator titled "nestopia" they played three games which all were lag free games. I'm wondering would anyone know of a R.B.I. stat extractor? is this even possible for this game? I know Tecmosuperbowl we have stat extractors, but i have no clue if R.B.I. would even keep individual stats. Please help if anyone knows anything about this. Thanks!
P.S.
Two games str8 pitch and the other curve or i think you call it slurve.
I doubt it would be very easy to extract stats for RBI, at least individual stats, because the game doesn't track them at all. I think you could maybe get team stats, since the game does track them so it can put stuff in the box scores, but getting individual ones would be a ton of work - basically, you'd have to have a separate program monitoring everything that the NES emulator does, and it would have to record the batter name, then when the game updates the box score stats after the batter's result, you would have to capture that output and save it.
It is looking great the league. Were using Nightwulfs editor which is a great tool. If you guys looking for a good emulator i recommend Nestopia. It is great! Thanks for the help guys. If you don't mind I'll link you guys to the Webpage and Forums. Let me know.
