I want to make a rom, but I'm not sure what I'm going to use as inspiration.  Help?

I usually don't care much for the "mid-season" ROMS but it would be nice to see the Rays included in a ROM

I was kinda thinking the same thing... nasty lefty Kazmir, Upton, Crawford with massive speed, Pena with some power, future all-star Longoria...

I think you should go with whatever hasn't been done before.  A mid-season ROM may not have longevity, yet at the same time this ROM is a learning experience for you.

OK, I'm going to make the 2008 runners up ROM!  these are the 10 2nd tier teams (ie, not in colorado caps' excellent 2008 ROM):

NL - SD, MIL, NYM, ATL, LAD
AL - TOR, DET, SEA, OAK, MIN

Look for it soon!

(I'll still take other suggestions...)
