Ok I ripped it off from the other topic, so what.... But it could be interesting. These are in no order.
The Pitchers - Obviously, DUH! Only for hitting. I still haven't hit an over the wall homerun with one & probably never will. Just a bonus when they can get a hit & get on base.
Rafael Santana - If they used aluminum bats in the game I bet he still couldn't hit a homer. Wait, they do use aluminum bats......(Ping).
Molitor/Franco/Seitzer - I really don't like the AL All-Star team bench 'cept for Big Mac, these guys all hit well over .300 and are very fast and have medium power, but I just don't like using any of them.
Al Pedrique - See Rafael Santana. I don't know who is worse though. Ozzie Smith has more power.
Kevin Bass/Harold Baines - Basically the same type of hitter in the game, as someone said before, they don't hit as well as their stats show.
Andres Galarraga - Good numbers, but he just completely sucks, I rarely get a homerun out of him. Too many A's and R's in his name too.
Bob Boone - Probably the weakest hitter on California (yes even Pettis), I seem to do better with Gary most of the time. He'll get an occasional homerun, but there are alot better guys on the bench.
more later....
#1 on my list by a long shot is Wade Boggs. Chicken Eating cocksucker...
#2 is Robbie Thompson - God I hate him
Kirby Puckett is probably #3, he's so fkn worthless.
I'll go Gagne #4, because he's so bad yet Minnesota doesn't have the firepower to bring in a decent sub. So he always gets at bats and always sucks.
The Molitor/Franco/Seitzer trifecta is a good one, all a waste
Baines exposing me to the greatness of the Wade Boggs myspace page is one of the best experiences of my life.
Sigh, I really wish I could to go to myspace at work just to relive the gallery section.
I'll switch this up to players who dont do shit for me(EVER, not even hitting singles) but usually burn me when facing them.....
Rich Gedman
Bob Brenley
Pena/Pendleton
and the fucker who bats 7th(?) for minnesota...not the guy with the 891 power, the other one....im thinking its lombardozzi?
Joe Dirt
the pitchers but only as hitters? come on metalhead...seriously?
i'd have to say vince coleman. not because i actually dislike him, but i seem to play against StL a lot, and he is a thorn in my side.
Thompson is the worst
the word "fave"
but seriously, folks:
kevin bass - already mentioned about his deceptive ineptitude.
curt ford - just for being there
Tom Brunasty of the Twins destroys me. Also, Gagne only hits homers when I stop taking him seriously because he's sucked for a week while I pitched around him

I like Bass....a really poor mans chili davis. and by really poor man, i mean mikeD does not even acknowledge your exsistence poor.

I like this post.
I've always had an intense dislike for RBI George Brett. Which is strange. He's the man in non-NES form.
Al Pedrique- the only good thing about his AllStar inclusion is it makes for a guilt free pinch hit substitution
Bill Buckner- the worst player with actual numbers
Ryne Sandberg- what a pansy
Glenn Davis- he should be like Don Baylor at the plate, instead he's hot air
Harold Baines- sticks out like a sore thumb... I've always put McGwire in his spot
in defense of Molitor I bat him for Randolph & get extra bases from the top of the box, I bat Seitzer for Shroeder for liners & gappers, & Franco is my pinch hitter for the starting pitcher after 2 abs
I feel like everyone had seen this before, but it's the Wade Boggs myspace (http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewPicture&friendID=20078931&albumId=149460)

I had not seen it and now I'm glad that I have. Fantastic.
Jack Clark is prolly my least fave. He's supposed to be great but he's a fkn unclutch douche.

well worth baines' top 8
Puckett is always disappointing considering his stats, as are Bass, GDavis, and Nokes.
Agree with Pucket. He blows.
Nokes also sucks. He can provide the occaisional pop, but nobody gets tossed out form RF more often. He dreams of being half of Darrel Evans in his wettest dreams.
Brett sucks too. Not sure why, but I ground in to more double plays with him than any other player. Thanks RBI for F'ing up his hand. In college, we referred to him exclusively as "double play brett".
Pettis; just aweful. I always want to bench him immediately for wilfong, but I always seem to give him a shot just because of his speed. Then the pop-out in the infield.
Reggie Jackson.
For some reason I can only rarely hit homeruns with this asshole, yet everyone else seems to know some technique with him that makes any pitch an automatic HR.
Worst moment: Tied game trying to intentionally walk Reggie he blasts one out of the park.
That fucking guy.

I routinely sub a tired pitcher to intentionally walk Reggie and his ilk.
I concur... I've never been able to hit well with Reggie (I don't hit poorly with him either*)
i see the asterisk, but i just cant seem to find the footnote
i think bob stanley is my least favorite player...him or juan cruz...senor dink fuck
Here are mine:
1. The Detroit Tigers. All of them. B is always Detroit when we play, and I can never beat them. Pitching to that lineup is like running head-down into a steel wall...nine times. I try to hold them under 5 runs, but it's futile.
2. Kirby Puckett. I just never had any love for this guy. I usually replace him with Davidson, a favorite of mine.
3. Everyone on the Astros except Cruz. He never performs for B (thus the 'dink-fuck' comment), but he always gives a good performance when I'm at the helm. The rest of the lineup is flat out boring. Walling? Garner? Thon? Doran? Snooze. Billy Hatcher's ok.
4. Vince Coleman/Ozzie Smith (tie). I have a love/hate relationship with both of them. I love their potential - that speed! - but they never fucking hit the ball on the ground. They'd rather be Bo Jackson than Omar Vizquel, and it frustrates me to no end. The Cardinals offense relies on these two getting on base and mixing it up. But they almost never do what's asked of them.
5. Marc Sullivan. Never use him. Why is he on the roster?
t... I'm shocked you would put Ozzie on that list.... No one else garners you a free CD when he homers.... Besides... Hes the wiz.... And nobody beats him...
Except me... Every time we play... Always
