Title: Taking Houston out the Arcade version...

Which "all-time" team would you include in?

I'm really thinking of Detroit myself.

I always thought the Pirates would make a good all time RBI team.

Having discussed this before, it's pretty clear that including the Astros and Reds on any all-time anything is a fucking joke.  Most of these teams have pretty questionable players, but Don Gullett or Bucky Walters actually are the best pitchers in franchise history...  that's just sad.

The teams most screwed by this are clearly Detroit, followed in some order by Pittsburgh, the White Sox, and the Indians.  You could also make a case that the Braves are not as good as most or all of these teams, but it's pretty close (they're pretty weak at a number of positions, with a healthy surplus of things like starting pitching).

I'm guessing the Braves were included just for Aaron, they wanted to make sure the all-time greats, especially the recent ones (Mays, Aaron, Mantle) were all included.
