Sally Cunts.  Another exciting game!  Nacho, we may need to explore switching our relievers up.

PS: Ripken is a blue eyed sack of shit.  But I still like him better than Ozzie.

Did we win this time?  I'm okay with switching the relievers if you'd like to.

Your offense is in a slump. I think Puckett, Clark, and Jones are in a funk.

Cox gets huge K to get out of a jam.

I have stats done through week 7.

I should have week 8 done this weekend, depending on when Darky gets the recaps posted.

HAA!!!

My team is a bunch of ballers...resilient fucks they are. I got my stars and role players on offense and arguably the best 1-2 punch with SP. We preach consistently at the Empire. We do things right all the time. We're very sound and mentally tough.

Okay, boxscore coming up in 5 minutes or so for the FC-RA game, just gonna do the recap. Lots of scoring and took forever to score :-\

Fighting Cutlers offense explodes in extra innings

MADISON (AP) - The Rebel Alliance, down four runs,  came from behind in the ninth inning to tie the game 17-17 and send the wild game into extra innings.

There would be not that many extra innings as the Cutlers displayed their ability to furiously score a lot of runs in a short span of time. They scored 9 runs in the top of the tenth to shock the Alliance 26-19.

Wade Boggs hit 3 HR's in a losing effort, and JBell hit 2 more to make it 5 in his last two games.

Raines and Baylor each went 6-8 to spark the dangerous Cutler offense.

Fighting Cutlers (4-4) (1-4), Rebel Alliance (3-5) (2-4)

I was ready to break things after we blew that 13 run lead, if we had lost in the bottom of the 9th I would not have been happy

Chocolate Rain second inning storm too much for Pabst Blue Ribbons

Dee NEE (AP) - A Chocolate Rain storm struck Witt for 10 runs on 10 hits in the second inning which left the Blue Ribbons flat afterwards. The final score at TaB Park was 20-13 in a game that was not close after the second inning.

Blyvn was brilliant in relief as he shut down the Blue Ribbon offense by giving up 2 ER on 6 hits in 5 innings of relief.

C.Lemon went 6-6 and hit 3 HR's with 6 RBI's as he demonstrated his raw ability at the plate.

In other news, O.Smith of the PBR, who was acquired from the Sally Cunts in a trade, hit 3 doubles, scored two runs, and went 3-6 in his debut.

Chocolate Rain (5-3) (4-2), Pabst Blue Ribbons (2-6), (2-4)

OC come from behind and hold on for victory over Badasses

SANTA MARIA (AP) - With a Gantry League tight ball game tied up in the 8th, the OC of the Central Coast came back from a 12-9 deficit and outscored the Awesome Badasses 6-3 and held on for a tight win 15-12 at Central Coast Park.

G.Gaetti and R.Jacksn hit back to back homers in the 8th to get the momentum back. Boone doubled to break a 12-12 tie that would be enough to win the game.

T.Worrel picked up the save in relief.

OC (4-4) (3-3), Awesome Badasses (4-4) (4-2)

Sally Cunts hold on for narrow win

BOSTON (AP) - The Sally Cunts survived a ninth inning 4 run rally by the Unholy Legions of Doom to win the non-league contest 18-17.

The Sally Cunts used a 10 run explosion in the 3rd inning to go up 12-6. E.Davis tripled twice in the inning and D.Strwby added one as well as the Sally Cunts add to their league lead in triples.

B.Madlck hit two shots, D.Lopes went 5-6 to jump start the Cunt offense and Joyner and E.Davis each drove in 4 runners.

The Unholy Legions, to their credit, never gave up as they staged a last inning rally comeback. A.Dawson and G.Davis went back to back to tighten things up 18-17, but Corbet came in to slam the door and pick up the save as he got Grich, HoJo, and Schdr in order after giving up a shot to G.Davis.

The Sally Cunts now move into sole posession of first place in the Gantry League. C.Ripken, who was acquired in a trade from the PBR, went 2-5 in his debut for the Sally Cunts.

Sally Cunts (5-3) (4-2), Unholy Legions of Doom (4-4) (3-3)

Cox and bullpen shut out Fighting Artichokes

IOWA (AP) - Things were looking promising for the Fighting Artichokes as Doc Gooden took the ball with an 11-9 lead.

Gooden gave up two runs in the 5th and 4 runs in the sixth. Nothing too damaging. But the Artichokes failed to register a run after the fourth inning.

D.Cox gave up 0 runs, 5 hits, and struck out 3 in three innings of impressive work from the bump. J.Orosco and C.Shrld gave up no runs in relief to seal the victory for the first place Empire. The Empire win the season series over the Artichokes with one date remaining with them in week 15.

D.Cox made a strong statement in being one of the best pitchers in the league with his brilliant performance.

"Those guys over there in the dugout thought they had it wrapped up with the 11-9 lead in the 5th inning with Gooden coming in. We heard Gooden this, Gooden that all week.
It just gave us that much more inspiration to beat the Artichokes, we quickly harnessed the ways of the Force to beat those guys" said manager Darkside.

DaEvans hit two HR's for the Artichokes and now has 5 in his last two games.

Galactic Empire (6-2) (5-1), Fighting Artichokes (3-5) (1-5)
