Darky, do you realize that these are getting cut off at 10 min, and are missing the bottom of the 9th in some cases (my last 2 games)?

I'd rather miss the first two innings (these are a gray area of real game/tailgating anyways...) than miss the bottom of the 9th!

And if the Artichokes pulled it out in the end...  I will be super pissed.  The Rebels played a good game this week, I think Molitor had 3-4 doubles, Boggs, Leonard, Bell, Hrbeck, and Whittaker all dropped bombs...  the offense was firing on all cylinders.

Doyle Alexander is a cancer.  If ANYONE has ANY pitcher they are sick of and want to move, I will trade Alexander for them.  I don't care if it's Chien Ming Wang, I can't have Alexander on my team any longer.  He's a disaster.

Yes Re-Peat...the team that is in the lead in the 9th while the game gets cut off is the team that wins. I'll be sure to post your next game in it's entirety. I would have put up the second part of the video had the game gotten any closer...but it didn't. If it means that much to you, I can put up the second part.

And good luck trading Alexander. I'll give you Morris for Alexander and you give me Bell for Dykstra....

Well, if you go by the rule of "whoever is in the lead when it cuts off wins" then I'm fine...  but that wasn't made clear.  So I watch these games and get all excited and then................

Also, I didn't know Alexander would be such a fantasy flop.  He's a very serviceable pitcher for a human player but I didn't know he'd basically be a tee in watch mode.

Marty Barrett leads Galactic Empire to victory with 4 Triples

IMPERIAL CENTER (AP) - MBarret, the 149th player taken in the 15th round, hit 4 Triples, knocked in 5 runners, and went 4-5 at the plate to lead the Galactic Empire to it's league leading 8th win. Barret is now 10 for his last 12 and leads the league in Triples with 6. All this coming from a 15th rounder.

The Empire overcame an early 9-5 deficit to make it 10-9 after six innings. The Awesome Badasses and their high powered offense quickly put runners on second and third in the top of the seventh with no outs, but JaMorris pitched out of the jam as he go Viola, Pucket, and Jones out in order. Morris rebounded from his rough start last game and gave up only 4 hits and no runs in his 3 innings of relief work. He also picked up the win and moves his record to 3-1.

"We evaluate players on criteria that fits certain requirements and needs for our program. We want heads up players who just do their jobs, not more or less. M.Barret is an Empire style player, and we are really fortunate that he slipped under the radar to the other scouts and owners. We knew exactly what he is capable of doing and felt that he is a starter and not a bench player" said shrewd owner Darky who is looking to take the Empire back to the Fanatsy RBI WS.

Records - Galactic Empire (8-3) (5-1), Awesome Badasses (6-5) (5-2)

Fernando continues mastery over Fighting Cutlers

CHICAGO (AP) - The number one offense in the league could not figure out Fernando once again.
Vlnzla recorded his second straight dominating victory over the Fighting Cutlers as he pitched a complete game and limited the high powered Cutler offense to 15 hits and 7 earned runs in the Sally Cunt's 19-8 Gantry League win.

The Sally Cunt offense out homered the Cutlers 7-2 in a game that was never close.
Laudner hit a pair of shots and Murdck drove in 4 runners while Lopes hit 2 3B's to tie him for the league lead at six with MBarret.

The Sally Cunt victory, combined with the Badasses and Cutlers loss, moves the Sally Cunts into sole possession of first place in the Gantry League.

Records - Sally Cunts (7-4) (5-2), Fighting Cutlers (6-5) (2-5)

Rebel Alliance's 7 run rally off MScott powers them to victory

DEE NEE (AP) - With the score even at 10 in the top of the sixth, the Rebel Alliance scored 7 runs off MScott as they muscled their way past the Fighting Artichokes 20-16 in a DoveRBI League contest.

PMolitor was the sparkplug that the Alliance needed. The vet went 6-6 and set the table all day. JBell hit a pair of HR's and had 5 RBI's and now has 12 HR's for the year.

The Alliance bullpen surrendered no runs as McDowl and King secured the victory.

Records - Rebel Alliance (5-6) (4-4), Fighting Artichokes (4-7) (1-6)

OC routs and mercy rules Chocolate Rain

DEE NEE (AP) - J.Key and R.Sutclf had sharp outings, G.Gaetti hit two blasts and Reggie Jackson hit a grandslam to lead the OC of the Central Coast 17-6 over the Chocolate Rain in a non-league match up at TaB Park.

Gaetti and Jcksn combined for 9 RBI's and three HR's to lead the offense and J.Key and Sutclf only gave up a combined 5 earned runs to shut down a dangerous but streaky Chocolate Rain offense.

The OC are now 4-1 in their last five games and move into 3rd place (last playoff spot) in the Gantry League while the Chocolate Rain have lost 3 straight and drop into fourth place in the DoveRBI League.

Records - OC of the Central Coast (6-5) (4-4), Chocolate Rain (5-6) (4-4)

Pabst Blue Ribbons mercy ruled for second straight game

ARKANSAS (AP) - The Hawk A.Dawson terrorized the Blue Ribbons pitchers today at an empty Razorback Stadium. The Hawk delivered three mammoth shots, notched 4 hits and drove in 6 runners as he led the Unholy Legions of Doom to a mercy rule victory over the slumping Pabst Blue Ribbons in 5 innings.

Mike Schmidt hit his league leading 13th HR while DwEvans hit his 12th HR for the Blue Ribbons in a losing effort. DwEvans has continued to play at a high level despite his team's futility.

The Unholy Legions of Doom are now in second place in the DoveRBI League.

After starting the year 1-1, the Pabst Blue Ribbons are 1-8 and have lost 4 in a row. Last night in an effort to shake up the clubhouse, owner and GM Ryno traded Gibson, OSmith, and JUribe away to the Galactic Empire, and Mike Witt away to the Rebel Alliance. Dykstra, Buckner, Puhl, and Alxndr will join the Blue Ribbons and Ryno hopes they will bring their keen knowledge with the ways of the Force.

"This deal is sure to lead me to 3-4 wind total this year. . . .maybe. I need to roll the dice and see what happens ---- I need to get on a fucking streak." said Ryno.

Records - Unholy Legions of Doom (6-5) (4-3), Pabst Blue Ribbons (2-9) (2-6)

You guys are either on or off...your stars decide to take the day off from time to time. Lack of team speed is catching up with you...still only half way to go...plenty of season left.
