Title: Brenly
Post by: BDawk on 09/18/09, 07:06:03 AM
Not sure if it has been written about here, but MLB network just did a cool story on Bob Brenly.

Normally a catcher, he was on third one game against the braves he had 4 errors in one inning.  This ties the MLB record.

But after that inning, he hit a solo shot.  Down 4-1.  Next at bat, two run single.

Bottom of the ninth, game tied.  Hit a walk off HR against Paul Assenmacher.

This story is to the overall quality of Dee-Nee what Pat Sheridan is to the overall quality of RBI Baseball
