Title: Golf Atmosphere - COTUT
Post by: ultimate7 on 07/01/04, 08:16:16 AM
I was pretty suprised at the golf atmosphere of COTUT.  The spectator were esentially, not to make a sound, only a few whispers could be heard.  I was hoping to hear heckling (all in good fun of course), and comments but there was none from the games I played/watched.

Yeah it was definitely a quiet affair, which isn't quite how our tourneys break down.  But it's tough when you have a roomful of people playing this expensive tourney and nobody knows each other.  I think you need to feel the players out and see who likes to chat and who doesn't...

Well, I wouldn't quit say Jason Kaz was "quiet."

I liked when Clark Caden told him to shut up!  :D

Was it Carden who told him to shut up?  Damnit!  I missed it... he was telling me about that after the COTUT.  I thought that was hilarious, esp now that I know Clark took him that seriously and laid down the smackdown on Kazmierczak.
