Will the Sally Cunts game be televised?  I noticed there's no asterisk next to their game...

It's socialist - every town gets to share one minute.

God damnit, another non-Youtube'd game for me? Argh.

They don't show a lot of Nationals games on ESPN, either.

@Fighton

True, but the Nationals won better than 25% of their games last year. My team is much more dependable.

Jesus Christ. My team loves to alternate between big inings and not scoring for like 4 frames.

Screw spoilers, I hate my team. Fuck this shit.

Big win

SPOILER WARNING

My team is giving my heart attacks. The Empire has heart. I'm proud of those guys and this winning it in the last at-bat needs to stop. More mercy rules and less comebacks are encouraged, but a win is a win. I can't believe we pulled that off---again.

Madlck is a beast. Love that guy. Heath finally powered up. Gaetti has 3 game winning hits this year---two walk-offs. Robnsn was clutch in the 9th and 10th.

The Hammocks showed a great effort, but wins don't come easy at the Imperial Center. We're undefeated at home.

If not for that wily last out in the 8th, you'd have gone down.  The most drafted man in FRBI this season knocked out two bombs, as well as Son of a Grich...

Nonsense! Your lack of team speed caught up with you. And you had two runs score due to a rare glitch I have never seen behind home plate. Kinda crazy though---I think your team had 3 BOP's.
The Alliance loses, we are in sole possession of first place, all is right with the FRBI world. We are, the Galactic Empire. GET OFF OUR PLANET!!!111

Nonsense, poopypants! The Hammocks have some good wood.  They can bat well too.  We're coming for you.  We're gonna blow up that deathstar.

Blylevn was left in the game too long. . . .lead was too big at the time and it (along with a total pants shitting by my offense in the late innings) fucked me in the ass

You call that heartbreaking?

I just needed 1 run over something like 3 innings and I couldn't manage it.

Looks like the only team crappy enough to lose to me is Darky's!

I don't get why you guys are not winning more, you have a good team on paper. I guess you guys just score in bunches too much, then decide to disappear. Then when you do hit, you give all kinds of runs. Funkiness...

That was ridiculous.  The 9th inning didn't really surprise me (it was your 7-8-9, and Moore couldn't be pinch hit for), but I can't believe I made it through the top 2/3 of your order in the previous innings unscathed.

Seriously, Saberhagen.  He's a one man wrecking crew.  What the fuck happened to him?  He'll cruise and then have a giant inning, or be brought in to relieve Viola after Viola twirls a gem, and then give up a million runs.

WORST.  TEAM.  EVER.

Everyone is on the trading block.  EVERYONE.

I also think we've had more than our share of unfortunate plays on defense.  For example, with two outs an OF will gun down a guy at third, but our shortstop will randomly be there to cut it off.  And then 7 runs will score with two outs.  These things happen to everyone in the league, but so far I feel like it's disproportionately happened to us.

And Dale Murphy is CLUTCH (when we are ahead by or down by 7 runs or more).

I'll add the recaps later, maybe. I'm beyond exhausted right now due to personal reasons.

Can we play the Baddasses every week?  We're 3-0 against them and 1-3 against everyone else.

Promising early returns on our managerial change.

The only way the Badasses make the postseason is if they play the Badasses every week from now on.
