Does anyone have a sprite sheet, know where i can find one, or have any interest in making one?

A sprite sheet is basically when every sprite, background image, etc is ripped form the rom and placed on one sheet.
The attached file is an example sprite sheet of super mario bros 1

I have to create a program for my class that animates a sprite walking left and right. I wanted to do it with one of the players walking around the field.

It'd be pretty easy to open it up in Tile Layer or Tile Molestor and piece them together yourself, especially if you're just looking for the "on-the-field" guy...
