I've downloaded the RBI Manager and I've been able to change the lineups and stats of the teams on the game. It won't allow for an ERA above 3.55 which many of today's starting pitchers are well above. It doesn't allow the changing of the game completely. You can change the Angels to the Royals lineup, but it will still say CA on the selection screen, scoreboard, etc. The newspaper after the game still shows up as the Angels uniforms, as does the intro screen that introduces the teams two at a time. The colors also seem to be very limited. I'm almost certain there's a way to use any color I need, but I haven't solved it yet. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
I would like to create several different versions of the ROMS that incorporate some of the best teams over the last few decades. Another possible idea would be to put a division or 2 division on each ROM. Any opinions on what teams or years I should use? Also, do most people still play on their Nintendo or are most people using an emulator. Right now, I'm playing more and more on the emulator due to the newer lineups and stats.

Good luck on the new Rom's. I too have been creating new ones (in addition to wht GANTRY already has to offer). I will have avail to trade the 2003 season a day or two after the season ends. I have also created an All Time team ROM which mirrors the old video game model. Talk to the others they might have othe seasons as well.
The problems you mentioned are valid. One option guystake is to lower a guys RBI era one run below his real era (i.e if Kerry Wood is at 3.88 his RBI era would be 2.88). Me, if its over I just set it to 3.55.
Colors are their to choose from. In RBI MANAGER, when you open up the window to select the team, lookat the bttom of the pop up mnu, it will say "colors" so you can change them.
Hope this helps.

I'm trying to add to the colors that listed. There is no yellow, just green-yellow which is ugly in the actual game because it's too bright. Not a bad idea for the ERA's. I wish the guy who wrote the editor would put the source code out on the net, so I could improve upon it.

I've tried to get more info and source from the RBIBM guys but they never reply to me. I would love to get my hands on the source and see if I could do anything...
Wow. Where can we download those ROMs, like the all-time old team? I've always wanted to play the arcade version, but I don't know where I can find one.
