Just played a little bit. As the guy said, it's a hack of Famista '92, which is already a really weird game, and there's a lot that's being hacked here. The main menu graphics are switched out and for some reason the bottom of the screen says "FIFA Women's World Cup Champions" which is pretty interesting. Also, you can choose between four parks, each in a different continent for some reason, which is not a feature present in Famista '92.

The rosters are based on the start of this season, it looks like, and there are a million spelling errors in them, but they're otherwise okay. This is all from like five minutes of looking at the ROM, but I'm intrigued enough to play a bit more.

Okay everybody play this, it's hilarious.

WTF moments thus far:
-RBI players with weird spindly long legs
-Tons and tons more background tiling errors than you'd see in normal RBI
-The game has switch hitters, but the roster has people like Dan Uggla switch-hitting
-"WBC 1st 2nd Champs Nippon" on the scoreboard in the "American" stadium
-"FIFA Women's World Cup Champions" on the title screen
-Teams can be merged together for some reason
-The roster is actually up to date, except most of the recent trades are only reflected in bench players, not starting lineups. For instance, McLouth starts for the Braves and Bourn is the backup CF
-To use another Braves example, Chipper Jones is listed in-game as "JoneHR"
