Solid... Did a main page update and threw a link over there. And I don't care if you include nicknames from my page, a star isn't needed (unless you want it). I took a few from rbibaseball.com and 8-10 of my nicknames were emailed to me....

"Hack-A-Jack" Clark (because you always pitch around him)
Brian "K.K." Downing (in honor of the guitarist from Judas Priest)
Tim "Heep of Shit" Teufel (in honor of Danny Heep).
Hack-A-Jack is an excellent one, we've been using it since you mentioned it last time. It's the official name on the Stl page now, nobody called him Clark Kent anyway...
Here are the bay area nicknames for the RBI giants
Don Robinson has always been "the caveman" for always having a dirty face
Will Clark is known as "the Nusch" for his middle name (Nuschler)
Kevin Mithchell is "Mitch the Bitch" because rythming is easy and funny
Mike Krukow is known as FuckFace, Dumbfuck, or FuckHead becasue he is the worst play by play announcer in MLB
Joe(gwynn 3k) came up with the Obi Won Kenobe for Jack Clark (because if you are St. Louis he is your only hope of scoring)
He also came up with The Skipper for Ojeda (I know that one is pretty harsh)
I guess I'll add a few that we use.
Jim Rice: J.R.
Dwight Evans: Dewey
Ellis (Tim ) Burks: Ellis Y. (named after our asshole junior high teacher that had a signature stamp, Ellis Y Brown)
Roger Clemens: Rahjah
Reggie Jackson: Regiment
Bobby Grich: One Pitch Grich (my friend gives him one pitch to produce--otherwise he's out)
George Hendrick: Jimmy Hendrick
Rob Wilfong: The Fonger
Shane Corbett: Corbet (pronounced cor-bay--french)
Donnie Moore: Dead Guy
Alan Trammel: The Mammal
Darrell Evans: Da'rell
Chet Lemon: Chester
Lou Whitaker: Blue Lou
These are the teams we use most of the time--some of the other players have nicknames, but I don't feel like getting into that now. By the way, these names have existed for upwards of ten years.

Bill Buckner = Fuckner
Kevin Mitchell = Bitchell
I know, not as creative as the others but fun nonetheless.
