I just found this site today, but my cousin and I played RBI for many yrs against each other and neither one of us lost to anyone else during college. I have always thought we may be the best 2 people in the world at this game, and I would love to play some competition. Will have to dust off the old game if there is competition.
Welcome Denny!

Welcome to the R.B.I. World. Nice to see guys coming out to play RBI a lot more these days. Leave your aim and I'll help you get set up to play online if you like.
MR RBI is back in the RBI business. Thanks for helping get him setup. When he's ready, point him to the registration page at RBIBaseball.us...

Will do..
I just wish i had some competition. The only opponents I've ever had in the game was my dad, and 1 or 2 friends.....
Tigers rule in the game, no doubt. Every hitter except for Larry Herndon (MAYBE Bergman, but he's a lefty!), has great power, and they have all good/great pitchers.
One "season," first game, Kirk Gibson was 4-4 with 4 homers, then the first AB next game, another home run!
Game tip: (I'm sure most of you know). If there's a runner on 3rd with less than 2 outs, and you want baserunners, bunt the ball. The fielder will always throw to third or home first, as long as the runner on 3rd is coming home. Doesn't work with the bases loaded. Can always get a double out of it.
Seriously? Who has to game the system to get baserunners? I spend most of my time trying to make the game more difficult by not "gaming" the computer AI...
Yeah I do that once in awhile for shits and giggles. 2nd base will be completely empty and the 3B will always throw the ball and no one will be there, lol.
A couple weeks ago I hit a grounder so hard with Darrell Evans, straight at the pitcher, that it bounced off him for an error and rolled all the way back to the catcher, and the runner on 3rd coming home was out!!!
26-year old NES game, still rules!!!! (I'm going by the 1987 on the title screen).
Hit for the cycle last night using Larry Herndon, he was 4-4 in the very first game again, and got a hit in the first AB of the 2nd game. I dunno why I can't ever get up to 6 in a row.......
NA vs. Bo last night...... John Kruk pinch-hitting for the pitcher: 3-3 (2 singles, HR) IN THE 4TH INNING, OFF ROGER CLEMENS.
The stubborn fucker wouldn't come outta the game, so I put a hurtin' on 'em. 16-run 4th, won 21-0, no hitter.
LOL.

I need to know what part of the country each of you are in. I'd gladly teach you how to play RBI if you're in my area.
Those are just fake accounts set up to get JoeDirt to post again

dammit. I'm sad that the COTUT is not happening this month.
Michigan here, that's all. Ok well it's the U.P.
I just recently hit an INFIELD 2-run double with the Tigers pitcher Alexander. Hit it off the handle and it just rolled so slowly......
I just figured out part of a Big Bang Theory team for the game, well just the 4 main guys.
Sheldon=Pat Sheridan
Leonard=Jeff Leonard (I know, he's black)
Raj=Roger Clemens
Howard=Howard Johnson
That's.....that's about it.
JoeDirt sighting!

R.I.P. rdleifriaf aka Express
I retired Express after a 4 games to 0 series sweep in league play. He decided to quit league after the loss instead of being a man and finishing what he started. Oh well that is the chances you take playing online. His rise to the top was short lived for the record.
Ahh quitters. Online leagues will never change.

Yeah I lost another one and it looks like I have a another guy who may be flaking out. It's okay because I have a nice 4-5 core guys who make it fun. Anyone else I add to mix is a bonus.
