Note: These are posted exactly how they ripped, but the playback feels faster than the original. (Or maybe my emulator just runs a little slow and I've gotten used to it.) Let me know if I need to try to slow them down a little.
I kept them in order that they appeared in the original file, and they were just Track 1 to Track 17, so I gave them names:
01 - Inning Over
02 - Star Spangled Banner
03 - O Canada
04 - Game End
05 - Rally 1
06 - Rally 2 (Charge!)
07 - Rally 3 (Chiapanecas)
08 - Rally 4
09 - Rally 5 (Spanish Dance)
10 - Home Run
11 - Play Ball 1
12 - Play Ball 2
13 - Play Ball 3
14 - Seventh Inning Stretch
15 - Undefeated!
16 - Strike
17 - Out
I tried to find the actual names of the rally jingles, and "Rally 1" is driving me nuts! If someone knows the actual name of that piece of music... I'd be grateful to know it as well. Also, an alternate version of track 15 is available on request. The original "Undefeated!" track is obnoxiously long 3-minute version, but it's a 9-second jingle that repeats, so I started fading it out after 20 seconds in the version I included here. You're welcome.
This actually wasn't difficult once I installed a couple of pieces of software, so I could (probably) do this for just about any game.

Indeed, though I hope to keep the updates coming with the new RBI14 stuff. Can't let the RBI Public down! Though I probably will...
So I should edit my 2013 version and build an Opening Day 2014 version of RBI 3, right?
