Unlock Jersey
In Season mode, record two consecutive shutouts.
I will need to fire up the game for the exact wording on the jersey unlock.
jesus christ as a twins fan that looks way worse then their real life shitty lineup!
Yeah, that's pretty bad. I just did som reatings for them in my 2014 ROM and I almost mercy bumped their stats cause I felt sorry for them. I got no beef with the Twins...maybe I can take what's left of the Cubs and give the Twins some love ;)
Thanks guys! I appreciate the help.
I'd also like to put their AVG, HRs and SBs on there as well for position players and pitchers and ERA, and SO for the pitchers. Pretty much any stat you can find on the game I'd like to put it on there.
Thanks again guys!
I'm also going to put pitcher handedness and which way everyone bats. If you're playing keep an eye out for switch-hitting pitchers. I know Medlen from the Braves is. I could always look it up on baseball-reference but the fewer pages I have to navigate the more time I'll save.
Dang, I didn't include that in mine, I'll have to update my info...
No worries Turd, the lineup is a good start. I just want the site to have everything on it so there is no question when someone is looking at it.
After setting up the first team, I'm not going to put pitcher's hitting stats on the roster right now. Maybe in the future, but don't worry about it for now.
I changed the layout on the RBI Empire site. I put the team jerseys along with each challenge on the 'Teams' page and got rid of the green check mark. I'm also linking each team to their respective mlb.com team site. Eventually I will be getting rid of the jerseys page since all the jerseys will be on the team page. I have Baltimore and Boston done so far.
If you guys want to check it out and comment/suggest I would appreciate it. Thanks!
Minor formatting quibble - the stat headers for the bench players isn't boldfaced like the others. Also "TH" for throwing hand seems inconsistent with the "Bats" used for batters, but I don't have a good suggestion other than calling them both "L/R" (or L/R/S).
Might want to throw in a bit of extra space after the team challenge - for ones that spill onto a second line, like the Orioles' does, it really crowds the column headers. I'm viewing this on Firefox, in the even that you don't see that on another browser.
Yeah, I wasn't sure about the TH for throws either. I could just use H for hits and hand, but that seemed confusing as we'll. I'll look around and see what some other baseball sites do.
As far as the 2 lines thing, I will add some space. I know on different monitors the site shows up differently as well. My home monitor is an old square flat screen and it doesn't show much of the green grass. I'll see what I can do about that.
Thanks for the input.
