Title: 2014 end of season/2015 cover athlete
Post by: Turd on 10/06/14, 09:31:28 PM
Who and why? Go!

I vote for Jose Abreu. Stud rookie with pop. Also, and not just cause I'm a Brewers homer, lucroy. Catching mashing the ball, breaking the doubles record by a catcher...

NL: Kershaw, because he's just dominant.

AL: Eric Hosmer, because of this (http://espn.go.com/mlb/playoffs/2014/story/_/id/11657021/2014-mlb-playoffs-eric-hosmer-kansas-city-royals-picks-bar-tab-sweep).

I'm with fightonusc.... It's time for a pitcher and Kershaw was incredible (during the regular season)

Hard to argue with Kershaw, but being a catcher myself I love the idea of Lucroy.  Guy is a stud and does all the little things amazingly well.  Put him in the retro uni and roll with it!
