Now he's going to jail for violating his probation (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=1938192). The arrest that triggered this was 3 years ago; I have no idea why he's just now being sentenced. At least it's only 10 days - he could've gotten as many as 364. He also can't drink alcohol until 2008, when his extended probation ends.
It would suck if you couldn't drink for 3 years. Damn.
I bet they find him in his cell hanging by a sheet. Poor bastard.
