Title: Stock's sweep under protest
Post by: Ryno23 on 02/08/05, 06:38:59 PM
I thought Bob Brenley was unusually fast --- even for a speed demon like Bob Brenley.

He is listed at 136 speed on both ROMS

His actual speed should be 126.

JoeDirt (or someone else),
Can you verify this?  I find it unusual that this same mistake would have been made on both ROMs (as we both created them independently)

I am busy tonite, but will update if this is true.

Do you fucking think I'm lying?

By the way, I was just joking around.  Brenley didn't do much other than beat out an infield hit.

No, just pissed 'cause I am sure you are going to want to replay all of the games, because of a mistake.

Just a wierd coincidence that this error was made on both ROMs.  I don't think Joe would get any benefit from giving me a faster player.

From my records.  Brenly had 2 singles in the first game, went 0-for in the second game, and had 1 hit in the last game (though be it a walk-off home run).
Definitely think this game should be replayed!!

I don't have time tonite, have to go.
Everyone else, please check there team's stats that they are legit!!

What makes you think I want to replay them?

Sure he would.  Joe is notorious for cheating.

Ryno's correct (go figure).  Chili Davis, who's listed directly below Brenley, is 126 speed.  We both probably looked at Chili's ratings when trying to get Brenley's.

I think you both have it in for me.

This was planned from the beginning.

JoeD advised everybody to check their teams.

I think it all started when stock pulled a silent coup and took over as moderator of the Online RBI forum.  Then he recruited Joe Dirt to join him due to his reputation as a sneaky cheater.  For some reason Ryno became their number one target.

Actually, I was just too excited to play with my team to wait for somebody to build the ROM...that's why I did it.
