Post by: bedrsn on 07/15/02, 05:47:09 PM
plan on making a rom with previously unrepresented teams from the rbi era. 2 teams that i'll definitely have in there are the royals and phillies, just because they're teams i like. what other 8 teams should i put in. suggestions please.

Since RBI featured the division winners from the 86 & 87 seasons, you might go with the runners up in each division in 86 & 87.  Those would be

Yankees (86)
Texas (86)
Toronto (87)
KC (87)
Philly (86)
Cincy (86)

1987 NL had the Mets & Cincy as runners-up, so they overlap.  That's six of the better teams....

I think u shouldl put teams who arent on the original rbi so they can be recognized.

that is a tough one... i would put all the national league teams that didnt get into the original... since rbi is a game designed for the senior circuit.

There should be some more NL teams.  I have at least one friend that will only play with NL teams because he hates today's DH so much.  Yes, I know there is no DH in RBI, but the decision is based on principle.
