Ah, the memories of our misspent youth! Spending endless hours battling against our friends and siblings in hard-hitting, action-packed 8 bit football action. If you werent making defenses look silly with bo jackson or barry sanders, then you were asking for trouble trying to lead the "pink patriots" to the superbowl.
If only we could relive those days. They have come and .....

What if there was a place where you could relive the battles online? 28-32 team leagues, modern rosters, drafting, trading, TRACK COMPLETE SEASON STATS for each team and player, and the whole bunch? What if you could replace bo jackson with marshall faulk, and the patriots with the bengals, or the panthers, or ravens, or texans?
Well, if this sounds too good to be true, it's not. There are dozens of Tecmo Superbowl leagues. It's free, and ANYBODY with a 56k or better can play.
You need the emulator NESticle (simulates NES on your computer)
You need an AIM account

And then you can find a league and download some roms (computer version of cartridge)
