Title: The most rare homer
Post by: ericdavisfan on 05/22/03, 09:33:41 AM
Maybe I should have made this a poll, but here goes anyway.  Which homer do you guys feel is the most rare?  I used to believe the Wallzie was most rare, until Tom Brookens hit one in consecutive games for me (almost did it twice in the 2nd game).  Then I started believing that maybe it was what you guys call the "Degobah."  Then, when playing one of the new RBI 2k3 ROM's I hit a homer with Fred McGriff that never re-appeared on the screen.  That made me think, "when was the last time I did that on the NES version?"  I couldn't remember hitting one of those since I was a kid.  Sidenote on the wallzie:  I haven't hit one since the Brookens binge several months ago.  What do you guys think is the rarest of the rare homers?  (maybe throw the 1st pitch, no music homer in there too!)

I love the first pitch,no music homer, but I play with Detroit a lot and they happen pretty often. I'm going to go with the wallzie. I don't think that happens too much.
