good find with the link there attezobaslkldkl. notable RBIers Jose Cruz Sr, mgr Puerto Rico, and Fernando, mgr Mexico.

i think all these players are speculative, they won't know who can play, or who's backed out until the last minute next year. and i also don't know how solid those manager choices are, i don't think fernando has any managerial experience.

i thought we already had a similar rom to this... maybe it can just be updated.
