are the ROMs with different stadiums?... i was reading earlier posts from a while back and people spoke of such thing... a rom with 6 differenr stadiums

Do you mean THIS one (http://forums.dee-nee.com/index.php?topic=5495.0)? That isn't actually RBI Baseball, per se. It is a hacked ROM for Family Stadium '90, a Japanese counterpart. It's not the original RBI, just a game in the Japanese version of the series that has been edited to be closer to our beloved RBI.
