Title: Orosco to the Yankees
Post by: Gantry on 07/22/03, 10:48:04 PM
The elder statesman of RBI, 46 year-old Jessie Orosco, has been traded from the Padres to the New York Yankees for the pivotal "Player to be named later"

Good luck to Jessie, and maybe we can get a couple more rings for RBI'ers Clemens and Orosco...

Hell yeah!  I can't wait to see Jesse in pinstripes!  I plan on going to as many Yankee games as possible in the next couple of months.

Looking at his #'s, I'm thinking Orosco will be used strictly for one lefty out.  Lefties hit .228 against him and righties hit .426
