My picks for the 5 worst players in RBI at all positions:
1 - Steve Lake
2 - Calvin Scharaldi
3 - Rafael Santana
4 - Marc Sullivan
5 - Spike Owen
Did that quickly, but prove me wrong...
Thats a pretty good list Gantry, but i think Davidson should be on there. I usually would rather hit with the pitcher.
ill have to go with my top 5 least productive here....
1) alan ashby
2) gary pettis
3) rafael santana
4) steve lake
5) larry herndon
I wouldn't put Pettis on there because he has some speed (although not as much as most people think).
My 5 worst hitters:
1. S. Owen
2. R. Santana
3. C. Ford (although he hit a big HR for me the other night)
4. S. Lake
5. W. Backman (has zero speed, which is inaccurate b/c he was gritty)
where's al pedrique?

Man how times change, I would definitely put Pedrique on that list - possibly for Sullivan
I think you have to keep Pedrique in the game for his glove.

I think you have to keep Pedrique in the game for his glove. the fact that Baines got two dingers with him on his wedding night.
My list:
1.) Rafael Santana
2.) Mark Davidson
3.) Steve Lake
4.) Steve Lombardozzi
5.) Marty Barrett
Lefties are still good for lefty hits once in awhile.
Worst Batters:
1. Sntana
2. Backmn
3. Pedriq
4. Rndlph
5. Barret
Worst Pitchers:
1. Moore
2. Schrld
3. DSmith
4. King
5. Dayley
I'm going to have to admit - to truly get a feel of the worst hitters in RBI, I would likely need to keep them in for an extended period of time. Some of these guys haven't seen an AB for me in years...
We played a nice version of RBI in Dekalb, where you got to choose you opponent's lineup. That's a fun way to play and you get to experience the goodness of the Davidsons and Barrets of the world...
I can tell you from my watch games experience that I think I've seen the CPU hit a HR with every starter but Santana and Backman, like Gantry says we so infrequently use these bad players it's hard to compare them, except to say Santana is the worst and the others are really bad.
Well, since you might have the most experience with this ultimate lets see your list...
Has anyone ever seen a homerun with Santana? That's almost on the level of a pitcher HR...
You know, I don't think so... If it happened I don't remember it, so I don't think it's happened during the dee-nee era.
I've seen a homer with Sullivan. Damn you TBT!

I've seen a homer with Sullivan, sans pinch hit bonus. Damn you TBT, you managerial genius you!!
Sullivan thanks to the semi-mediocre power and PH bonus can in fact go yard. He still sucks, but we've seen many a dinger from ol' Sully. Definitely not in the bottom five...
bottom 5
I believe that Sally Nacho is a great choice for ANY Low Five.
