If the lag wasn't such a bitch, using FCE would be a breeze. You find someone to play, make sure you have the same ROM and then play.
No dicking around required.

This is actually the best and only place to be when it comes down to playing R.B.I. on the web. We should get together one night and i'll show you how its done. It's no big deal.
