Out of morbid curiousity...
IF RBI Baseball were ported to the GBA:
--> Exact same gameplay
--> Smoothed but otherwise untouched graphics
--> Untouched sound
How much would it rock? You could play vs. other people via link cables or on the 'big screen' via the GameCube Game Boy Player.
Also think about:
--> More teams
--> Built-in tournament functions
--> Automatic statistics keeping
--> User profiles for personal stats
Is this something which interests anybody but me? I love the RBI Drinking Game on the NES but I fear that my cartridge and console will only last so long.
Also, EBGames.com has RBI Baseball on sale for $4.99 (http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/194778.asp) and I saw it yesterday at my local GameStop (http://www.gamestop.com/locatordetail.asp?storelink=896).
GBA would be a good medium for RBI, especially during our excursions out of state. Forgot the coax cable two straight years while going to NCAAs, a GB version would be simple and easy...

Works on my "GBA Emulator" but I don't have a GBA flash cart to try it on. Would be absolutely brilliant if it is that easy.
Started with RBIBase.nes from Dee-Nee and ended up with RBIBase.gba (in RBIBase-GBA.zip attachment).
I know the origional message on this thread is old and everybody probably knows the answer to this but I'll post this anyway. I downloaded the RBI file on this thread and loaded it to my GBA with a flash card and it worked like a champ. The only problem is that the view is stretched because the GBA display is wider. Other then that it runs at normal speed and the sound is great.
