Title: New type of season for RBI
Post by: TbT on 08/28/05, 05:11:16 PM
kept some stats from a couple games, but tried to simulate things had i played a human instead of computer.  the things i did was use judgement on plays to decide if a human coulda made the play to deicde hits and outs in certain situations.

example: a weak grounded back up the middle sneaks by the pitcher and 2nd basemand, which woulda been an out against a human, so i run my batter into an out after the ball is relayed back into the infield.  another example is a hard hit to left field between the 3rd and short and then the ball rolls all the way to the wall, i stop my batter at 1st and i never take extra bases due to the computers dumbness.

used the Angels for a couple games and had these stats.  I plan on doing this for every team for the full 9 game schedule and compiling everything.

2-games total vs BOS/DET.
Pettis 4-5 (1-3b) (4-r) (3-sb)
Wilfong 2-5(1-2b)(1-hr) (2-r) (3-rbi)
