Recently in a Mets vs Astros game the Amazin Mets committed 6 Blings, or as you call them out west (BOPS) in one game. Ray Knight got 3 of them over at 3rd base. Has anyone else ever seen this many errors committed in a single game?
I have seen that. My friend once4 had 7 legit bops. Anybody seen where when the first player is Cali and a glich occurs. My pal always does this. He gets a put out at first, then runs towards third, then throws it back towards first near the stands. It actually charges him with an error. Ive only seen this happen with Cali and Ive seen him commit 20 errors in one game.
if u throw the ball at the stands and it hits the wall it will charge u with an error. I do it all the time.
burnzky, you do that so much we might as well call it the "aaron".
The self-created wall error is possible with any team. I do this way too much...
the "aaron" is annoying... just as trying to throw the ball around is... there is nothing to gain out of it cause you cant get it any further than thirdbase... if you get rid of it too fast, you dont even record the out...similar to turning a double play too fast... i guess the "in the area" play doesnt fly in the tengen universe.
The in the area play doesnt fly with me either. I think it's stupid that the umpires in the majors give the teams the out when they don't touch the bag. The rule is they must touch the bag, not almost touch it or be close.

While I don't deny it might be annoying to the opponents, they have nothing to lose from it. I do the run-to-second-throw-to-the-wall technique quite a bit myself but nobody is the worse for it. It's nothing like throwing the ball around, because going for the wall-BOP takes no extra time off the play. Also, if you do go too fast and don't record the out (note I have been doing this consistently for a good 5 years and have never had this happen) your opponent is the only person who benefits...
Annoying maybe, but the only person with something to lose is the person doing it....
Are some teams more prone to blings (BOPS)? I think it says something like that in the instruction book, but as we all know the instructions are not too accurate. i.e. Tim Burks
ask aaron about throwing it too soon at first... he has lost games for it. if he would simply be happy to catch the ball rather than throw it somewhere... too bad for him.
i never try to throw the ball too soon at first, its only when i catch a fly ball
The guy I play RBI with out here, "Guzman" does the "aaron", more than Aaron does. He will get at least 15 errors a game.
I like to throw the ball around after an out, usually throw to home then 3rd, it acutally does help because ytou practice your quick throwing.
I dont think u need to practice greg, once u got it i think u got it.
Thanks little bro, maybe the players like to show off their arms.
Maybe your right, but what kind of player shows off by not being able to throw the ball 90 feet in the air.
Your always thinking Burnzky.
the more times the ball touches the ground the faster it gets to the bases... maybe the players want to show off their ability to roll the ball... its a combo of baseball and bowling.
The "aaron" is a neat trick, but what if you decide to do it early in the game and then end up pitching a perfect game. The error in the stat column will taint the stats!
im notorios, and im not sure when this has started, but it must be going on a good 13 years now, for an abstract arron after the play...i dont ever really throw it towards the wall...but instead, say the play is at first, i run towards home after the out and throw it into right field....its almost instinctive now...i think it would be funny if someone in the game actually did that...just grabbed a throw from short, made the out and then chucked it into right field....id love it....
yah, but who would go get it? the ball boys would be pissed... besides in rbi, you know that the screen will change and the ball will be back on the mound...
The "me" is only done after the no hitter is broken up, there preserving the perfect picture of the screen after the end of the game. But unfortunately for myself, the "me" gets used early in the first inning.
even against the computer huh aaron? oh well at least your doyers are in first place and my pads are holding up the rest of the division... its gonna be a long year.
