these bastards are a team that i hate to face. they never fail to dink and dunk at the plate MLB style and push runs across the plate...one here, one there...maybe a couple more later. and for some reason my team always commits more errors than usual against them leading to a couple sb's and enuf runs to make things hairy.
never an easy win for me...and fuck john tudor...the planets align and that fool gets some serious timely hits off me.
BTW where the hell is Felonius Gunk anyways...some body needs to get on the horn.
tbt you dont call me anymore for rbi chatter. :(
It's something I have been saying for a long time...
The Cards are a dangerous RBI threat...IF used correctly.
It's all about getting Coleman and Smith on base...stealing when needed and getting that timely bomb.

friday night bro....TBT will summon the legend.
I have zero fear of the Cardinals, I guess I don't play enough curve...
Fun fact - Stl. actually is a tougher than expected matchup against Detroit in straight pitch. Their pitching causes much problems, especially with deciding on subs...

Never knew this about Tudor's 1985 season:
Tudor started that year with a 1-7 record and a 3.74 earned run average through May. He then went on a tear that has rarely been seen since by going 20-1 with a 1.37 ERA the rest of the season and lowering his overall ERA to 1.93.
That's a pretty fucking goofy run.
Wow, that's even better than Sutcliffe's run in 1984 when he was traded to the Cubs
Sutcliffe was a better hitter.

he should have won the Cy Young that year. . . . .MVP and CY Young from a Last place team would have been wonderful.
don't worry, Baltimore is 43-2 in the atg league
he has 4 hits with a double and 3 rbi in his last 2 starts
